„OXYGEN Group“ informuoja apie situaciją, susijusią su „V“ serijos įrenginiais

Ribotos partijos vėdinimo įrenginiuose, pagamintuose nuo 2025.01.22 iki 2025.06.24 ir turinčiuose sumontuotą ankstesnės technologijos varžinį oro srauto pašildymo elementą, identifikuota programinės įrangos klaida, dėl kurios, po ilgo nepertraukiamo naudojimo kyla galima perkaitimo ar net užsidegimo rizika.

Pabrėžiame, kad rizika galima tik susiklosčius visoms šioms aplinkybėms:

  • Tik „V“ serijos „Easy“ modeliams V200, V200E, V400, V400E, V500, V500E; V600;
  • Tik nurodytu laiko tarpu pagamintiems įrenginiams,
  • Tik turintiems minėto tipo oro srauto pašildymo elementą,
  • Tik nepertraukiamai naudojamiems 48 ir daugiau dienų,
  • Tik naudojamiems neprijungus prie interneto ir „OXYGEN Cloud“ paslaugos.

SVARBU – PATIKRINKITE!

Jei naudojate rekuperatorių OXYGEN Easy V200, V200E, V400, V400E, V500, V500E arba V600, kuris galėjo būti pagamintas (įsigytas) laikotarpiu nuo 2025.01.22 iki 2025.06.24 ir nuo eksploatavimo pradžios yra naudojamas neprijungus prie interneto ir „OXYGEN Cloud“ paslaugos, NEDELSDAMI atlikite šiuos veiksmus:

  1. išjunkite rekuperatorių iš elektros tinklo;
  2. susisiekite su mūsų komanda el. paštu help@oxygen.lt arba telefonu +370 5 208 4887, nurodydami savo įrenginio serijos numerį ir adresą, kur įrenginys sumontuotas;
  3. Įrenginio serijos numerį rasite ant įrenginio esančiame lipduke: 

Apie tolimesnius veiksmus Jus informuos „OXYGEN Group“ specialistai pokalbio telefonu metu. Programinės įrangos ar kiti būtini veiksmai, susiję su šia situacija, bus atliekami nemokamai.

Šiuo metu rizika jau yra suvaldyta: didžiojoje dalyje įrenginių su programinės įrangos klaida jau atnaujinta, o likusieji bus atnaujinti artimiausiu metu.

Taip pat, nuo 2025-06-25 datos visi „V“ serijos vėdinimo įrenginiai (V200, V200E, V400, V400E, V500, V500E, V600) gaminami su nauja komplektacija: juose įdiegta naujesnė programinė įranga ir montuojamas saugesnis, keraminis oro srauto pašildymo elementas.

Nuolat atnaujiname įrenginių asortimentą ir tobuliname jų konstrukciją, diegiame tobulesnius komponentus ir plečiame funkcijas. Pastaruoju metu sustiprinome saugumo patikrą, įdiegėme papildomas procedūras.

Taip pat sustiprinome klientų informavimą apie įrenginio prijungimo prie interneto ir „Oxygen Cloud“ paslaugos svarbą ir naudą. Tai leidžia efektyviau valdyti įrenginius ir proaktyviai eliminuoti galimas rizikas.

A software error has been identified in a limited batch of ventilation units manufactured between January 22, 2025, and June 24, 2025, which are equipped with a previous-generation resistive air flow pre-heating element. This error poses a potential risk of overheating or even fire after prolonged continuous operation.

We emphasize that the risk exists only if all the following conditions are met:

  • Only for „V“ series „Easy“ models V200, V200E, V400, V400E, V500, V500E; V600;
  • The unit was manufactured during the specified time period;
  • It contains the mentioned type of air flow pre-heating element;
  • It has been used continuously for 48 days or more without interruption;
  • It is not connected to the internet or the „OXYGEN Cloud” service.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE CHECK!

If you are using an OXYGEN Easy ventilation unit model V200, V200E, V400, V400E, V500, V500E, or V600, which may have been manufactured (or purchased) between January 22, 2025, and June 24, 2025, and has been operated without an internet connection and without using the “OXYGEN Cloud” service since the beginning of its use, please take the following actions IMMEDIATELY:

  • Disconnect the unit from the power supply;
  • Contact our team via email at help@oxygen.lt or by phone at +370 5 208 4887, providing your device’s serial number and the address where the unit is installed;

You can find the device’s serial number on a sticker located on the unit.

If possible, connect the unit to the “OXYGEN Cloud” service;

You will be informed about the next steps by an OXYGEN Group specialist during the phone call.
All software updates or other necessary measures related to this issue will be carried out free of charge.

This risk is currently under control:
In most affected units, the software has already been updated, and the remaining updates will be completed in the near future.

Additionally, starting June 25, 2025, all “V” series ventilation units (V200, V200E, V400, V400E, V500, V500E, V600) are being manufactured with an updated configuration:
They now include newer software and a safer ceramic air flow pre-heating element.

We continuously update our product range and improve their design by implementing enhanced components and expanding features. Recently, we have strengthened safety inspections and introduced additional procedures.

We have also improved communication with customers about the importance and benefits of connecting their devices to the internet and the Oxygen Cloud service. This allows for more efficient device management and proactive risk prevention.
